Did you get ShortCut to work in windows 8.1? I love this program and have been using it as a medical transcriptionist for 14 years!

I have been using this program for 7 years now. It is just amazing. But for some reason it is not working on my new laptop. If somebody has a solution, please let me know. Error reads as unable to initialize memory files. Cause: File not found.

I have been using this program for years now but, unfortunately, it has not been working on my new laptop. In case it works in your laptop, could you please tell me the method which you have used to install the same? I have tried many times using various methods, still no luck. Thanks in advance.
